We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following conditions / terms will outline if you may return your product or if you are eligible for a refund:
To protect the consumer from contamination, some products may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Solvents and special request orders may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Delivery costs are non-refundable after the delivery is made and returning stocks remain the responsibility of the consumer.
You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are defective within 7 business days after the product was supplied to you. We will charge a minimum of 10% handling fee if goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Goods may not be sent back without authorization and acceptance by Management.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@chemistore.co.za if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product/s and/or quantities to allow us to investigate and rectify the matter. If a formal communication is not received within 7 days from receipt of your parcel you will not be eligible for a refund.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund/exchange, where applicable. A refund can take up to 10 days to reflect on your statement.
